None of us has the time to attend laborious CCMA hearings, OR pay compensation, OR fines if we did not comply.

Complying is VERY easy!!!

The Basics:

  • In ANY workplace there must be a mutual agreement on what is expected of the Employee and what remuneration will be paid for the service – despite the National Minimum Wage (Currently R 19.09/hour). Our draft is extremely user friendly, with normal conditions of employment as covered by the act. A basic list of tasks is added as a job description, just tick and add.
